EMPLOPMENT HISTORY:
January 10, 2003 to Date: I have my own companies:
Syd By Syd Investments, Inc. (www.sydbysyd.net)
which is a Complete Internet Web Site Development,
Hosting, Owns around 500 Domain names that focus
around the Branson Area and does Lead Generation
on a Referral Basis for Branson 1 Realty (www.branson1realty.com)which
I also own and Broker. The Companies now take
pretty much care of themselves and I am always
looking for more opportunity in the Sales and
Marketing area.
May 1995 to January 8, 2003: I started Thousand
Hills Realty as a Rental Management and Sales
Company. It managed over 300 rental properties
in the Branson area prior to my leaving.
In 2000 I also formed and Brokered Branson USA
Realty which in 2001 became the # 4 real estate
sales company in Branson.
I sold out my interests in these companies in
July of 2001 with the
agreement to stay with them for at least 1 year
from date of sale, which I fulfilled.
January 1990 to January 1995: I managed all of
the Sales at Sunterra Fall Creek Resort.
Which included the development, marketing, and
sales of the Campground Memberships, Deeded RV
Lots, and Whole Ownership Condominiums.
I designed the different membership types, wrote
the Contract Forms.
I also managed all of the development of the Whole
Ownership RV Lots
and Condominiums.
From sales training, sales management, financing,
and closings of all of the above.
I had well over 50 million dollars in sales during
the 4 years that I managed the Sales.
September 1986 to December 1989: I started working
at Treasure Lake Vacation Resort selling campground
memberships.
January 1986 to September 1986 I was in marketing
doing OPC work for various properties, which included:
Treasure Lake Vacation Resort, Fall Creek Resort,
and Pointe Royale Village & Country Club.
March 1995 to December 1995 I successfully produced
2500 plus OPC tours to Lakewood Vacation Resort
South of Branson.
AWARDS:
1989 I was the Top Salesperson at Fall Creek Resort
and Received the Coast to Coast Resorts National
Top 5 Sales Award also the AARDA Award for Top
Resort Sales.
1988 I was the Top Salesperson at Fall Creek
Resort and Received the Coast to Coast Resort
National Top 5 Sales Award also the AARDA Award
for Top Resort Sales, also I self-generated all
of my prospects and had a Net closing ratio of
33.8 %.
1987 I was the Top Salesperson at Treasure Lake
and Received the Coast to Coast Resorts National
Top 5 Sales Award also the AARDA Award for Top
Resort Sales.
ABOUT ME:
I have over 21years of successful experience in
the Branson, Missouri Resort and Real Estate sales
industry including projects like Treasure Lake,
Treasure Resorts, and Sunterra Fall Creek Resort.
I built and Brokered both Thousand Hills Realty,
which manages monthly rentals and the leasing
of commercial properties, condominiums, homes,
patio homes, and Branson USA Realty, a general
real estate sales company that lists and sells
land, lots, commercial properties, homes, log
cabins, condominiums, lake condos, etc.
Currently Owns & Brokers Branson 1 Realty
to be able to better serve my customers, offering
the best advice to those new to the Branson area.
I have a reputation around town as honest and
upfront, with the highest morals and ethics. I
offer superb personal service, and I have a knack
for working out deals that benefit all involved.
